Sports massage is intended for people actively practicing sports, including professional athletes.
Sports massage is performed to support physical activity, especially in the case of those professionally practicing sports.
It should not be used by people who do not practice sports ( we recommend Deep Tissue massage for all non-practicing sport.
Sports massage is also not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems and cancer. Sports massage should not be used during infections (including colds) and convalescence.
The types of sports massage also depend on the phase of the athlete's preparation for the competition and the kind of physical effort he or she undertakes.
You can have a sports massage while clothed or naked. If you prefer to wear clothing, make sure it’s thin, loose, and allows the therapist access to your muscles. Loose shorts and a tank top are options.
Full body massage include ( the legs, feet, arms, back, belly, upper chest, scalp, face, neck) doesn't include private parts.
30 or 45 min massage - only back or the whole back side ( legs, lower back, upper part, neck , scalp)
60 min massage- only back or the whole back side ( legs, lower back, upper part, neck , scalp)
90 min massage - the full body massage ( excl: face, belly)
120 min massage - full body + manual therapy or another physio treatments( chosen after an initial conversation with customers)
