Cancellation Policy

*A gentle reminder of our cancellation policy: kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your treatment to reschedule. If unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance and notice isn't provided, a 70% fee will be applied. Royal Wellness Kbh reserves the right to cancel the meeting in case of a customer's 15-minute delay. * For treatments lasting longer than 60 minutes, a deposit is charged according to the following scheme: - treatments until 60 min no deposit - from 60 min till 90 min 250 kr - over 90 min 350 kr
