Cancellation Policy

A gentle reminder of our cancellation policy: kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your treatment to reschedule. If unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance and notice isn't provided, a 70% fee will be applied. Royal Wellness Kbh reserves the right to cancel the meeting in case of a customer's 15-minute delay.
